The guest journey breaks at the moments that earn revenue.

A guest wanting room service at 11pm, a table wanting to reorder, an arrival wanting to know when breakfast stops: each is a small friction, and each is a point where a property either earns something or does not. The usual answers are a printed folder that goes stale, a phone line nobody answers quickly, or an app the guest will not install for a two-night stay.

GuestHub is the web-based alternative. A QR code opens the portal, the guest orders or asks, and the property manages the menu and the responses without a release cycle. It is a hospitality-vertical application built on the same engine as CRM HQ, which is what lets the guest interaction connect to the lifecycle messaging rather than sitting apart from it.

What it does

  • QR ordering, no install

The guest scans and orders in a browser. Nothing to download, nothing to log into, which is the difference between a feature used and a feature ignored.

  • Room service and in-stay requests

Orders and requests reach staff with the room and context attached, so nothing is transcribed from a phone call.

  • Property-managed content

Menus, hours, amenities and local information edited by the property. No developer in the loop to change a price.

  • Upsell in context

Offers presented at the moment they are relevant — late checkout when a guest is looking at checkout, not in an email a week before arrival.

  • Pre-arrival to post-stay

The guest lifecycle treated as one sequence, which is where the connection to CRM HQ's messaging matters.

What it actually is

  • Guest-facing web application — no native app, no app-store dependency
  • PHP application; requires PHP 8.2 or newer
  • A hospitality-vertical application on the same engine as CRM HQ, not a separate platform
  • Deployable per property, with content managed by property staff
